The Camerata Collective was founded by Joseph Schmidt to help organizations take a complex idea or problem, and find a solution. Since its founding Joseph and his team have worked with a diverse set of organizations: from churches and universities, to doctors and military executives.
Whats with the name?
The name Camerata Collective was inspired by the Florentine Camerata, a group of scholars, poets, musicians, and intellectuals in late Renaissance Florence (1570s–1580s) who gathered to discuss and experiment with how they could transform the artistic landscape of their day. It is one of the only times in history where a group set out to intentionally transform their creative culture, and systematically achieved it.
